About This Job

- Resolve complex MEP coordination issues and liaise with internal parties.
- Represent the M&E team in coordination workshops with external parties.
- Review the quality of the work being produced.
- Support the firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 19650 requirement.
- Coordinate MEP BIM models with architectural, civil, structural, and specialist discipline models.
- Develop, maintain, and manage federated BIM models throughout project delivery.
- Conduct regular model reviews and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.
- Support the setup and management of project BIM environments, templates, and model structures.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), MIDP/TIDP, EIR, and project-specific information requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Strong background using Autodesk suite of products, especially Revit, Civil3D and AutoCAD.
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- At least 5 years of BIM coordination experience on multidisciplinary projects.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in MRT projects, related MEP MRT works and preferably in Heavy Infrastructure, Rail and Underground Metro.

- Be able to work as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks).
- Be able to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role.
