- Develop, execute, and optimize growth marketing activities across the company’s B2B services and B2C Academy segments.
- Design and refine marketing funnels from lead to opportunity for B2B and from traffic to enrollment for B2C.
- Plan and run performance advertising campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Build tracking, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks to monitor and improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Academy, Admissions, and content teams to align strategies and optimize conversion rates.
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Hands‑on experience running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Practical experience in Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong growth mindset and systems thinking with end‑to‑end marketing process building.
- Deep understanding of B2B Lead Generation funnels versus B2C Acquisition funnels.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Academy, and other teams to optimize pipelines.
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Landing Page Optimization.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Looker Studio/Dashboards, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and data‑driven decision making.
- Proactive in proposing, testing, and implementing new growth initiatives.
- Basic English proficiency for work‑related communication.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing, content, data analysis, and automation activities.
