• Analyze and report revenue management data, identifying underlying principles and proposing solutions.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Support cluster selling initiatives across reservation centers.
• Analyze period-end and system data to identify trends and future needs.
• Collaborate with Market VP, Market GM, and GMs to assist in pricing analyses for all products.
• Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to general managers and market sales leaders.
• Ensure hotel strategies align with brand philosophies and initiatives.
• Prepare sales strategy meeting agendas, supporting documentation, and lead property and cluster meetings.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans for cluster transient revenues.
• Manage inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and provide pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate strategies between group sales offices and monitor distribution channels.
• Initiate, implement, and evaluate revenue tests to improve effectiveness.

Yêu cầu

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, plus 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, marketing, or related professional area.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the same fields, with no work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
