- Analyze and report revenue management data, generating accurate and timely reports, presentations, and insights.
- Manage pricing, positioning, and inventory for all hotels within the market.
- Oversee demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis processes.
- Contribute to and recommend sales strategy for pricing of transient customers.
- Act as primary contact and maintain productive relationships with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, owners, and regional teams.
- Provide support with cluster selling initiatives and reservation center operations.
- Analyze period‑end and system data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Assist Market VP, Market GM, and GMs in pricing analyses for all products.
- Lead revenue management projects, ensuring execution of predetermined strategies and resolving problems.
- Provide functional expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams, and market sales leaders.
- Ensure hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives.
- Communicate brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to hotels/clusters/franchise partners/owners.
- Coordinate strategies between group sales offices and manage inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue.
- Initiate, implement, and evaluate revenue tests and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu
- 2‑year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
- OR 4‑year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the same fields, with no work experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hotel GMs, sales leaders, franchisees, owners, and regional teams.
