- Balance financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues.
- Accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory of all hotels within the market.
- Oversee demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis processes.
- Contribute to and recommend sales strategy for pricing of transient customers.
- Act as primary contact and maintain productive relationships with hotel GMs, sales leaders, franchisees, owners and regional team.
- Analyze and report revenue management data, generate accurate and timely reports and presentations.
- Support cluster selling initiatives and maintain accurate reservation system information.
- Analyze period‑end and other system data to identify trends and future needs.
- Assist with pricing analyses and account diagnostics for market leaders.
- Provide revenue management functional expertise and leadership to general managers and property teams.
- Ensure hotel strategies align with brand philosophies and initiatives.
- Prepare sales strategy meeting agendas, supporting documentation and lead property/cluster meetings.
- Conduct sales strategy analysis and refine to increase market share.
- Assist in developing strategic action plans for cluster transient revenues.
- Manage inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue.
- Provide recommendations for business evaluation and pricing.
- Coordinate strategies between group sales offices and monitor distribution channels.
- Initiate, implement and evaluate revenue tests and recommend improvements.
- Communicate brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major + 1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing or related area.
- OR 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields, no work experience required.
- Full‑time employment.
