About This Job

- Lead market development in the responsible segment and sub-region, delivering short to medium business results through collaboration with cross‑functional teams (TS&D, Seller, MM).
- Manage and prioritize the project pipeline to maximize profit return while strategically aligning with business growth.
- Deeply understand market trends to identify new growth opportunities, feed innovation ideas to MMTs, initiate new development projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to substantiate ideas and drive execution.
- Leverage successful stories across the region to expand geography at selected segments and regions.
- Work with MMT to develop new product positioning, pricing, and promotion, and conduct competitive intelligence analysis.
- Conduct market studies based on business needs and propose marketing plans to the MMT/Growth Project team.
- Integrate value chain by working with internal value chain teams and external brand owners/machinery suppliers to maximize business value.

- >5 years sales, marketing, technical roles.
- Bachelor degree required, major in business, chemistry or chemical engineering.
