- Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts in the plastic and rubber market, engaging customers with tailored solutions that address their specific needs and drive retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, developing strategies that broaden DKSH's commercial reach.
- Research, target, and convert potential new customers into viable accounts, growing a healthy and diversified client portfolio.
- Support the Business Line Manager in executing sales strategies through compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that contribute to revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities in the rubber and plastic industry, providing insight that informs commercial decisions.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend product improvements and new offerings that strengthen DKSH's competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards applicable to chemical distribution.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the chemical distribution industry.
- Proven track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the plastics and rubbers markets is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
