About This Job

- Lead the continuous improvement engineering team to deliver production improvement projects and support plant KPIs.
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions for production units, aligning resources to achieve company goals.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for improvement and capacity‑expansion projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and value.
- Develop best‑in‑class jewelry production processes, maintain high standards, and adopt best practices for continuous improvement.
- Support the Senior Manager in delivering the best of PANDORA through innovation, new manufacturing techniques, and adherence to design objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop business cases for improvement projects and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
- Engage stakeholders, support production with urgent assignments, and provide short‑ and long‑term solutions.
- Coach team members in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data analytics to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of jewelry product types, production processes, automation, and machinery.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Experience in project management, performance monitoring, and evaluation.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic production environment with close attention to detail and effective monitoring.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and adaptable, with a can‑do attitude.
