About This Job

- Accountable for executing the in-country commercial risk solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
- Develop new business opportunities in FDI segments (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) for commercial risk solutions.
- Collaborate with the Aon network to target FDI enterprises from China, Taiwan & Hong Kong.
- Coordinate with the Line Manager to strategically retain key clients (Chinese language).
- Manage the growth planning framework, including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
- Share ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor.
- Identify valuable clients and opportunities, develop client relationships to positively influence sales and client retention.
- Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in the required internal platform.
- Review all outgoing client documents, including renewal contracts and client workshop communications/decks.
- Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA to facilitate collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
- Develop HiPo talent and address gaps in expertise within the team.
- Act as a support and escalation point for team members.
Yêu cầu
- University graduates.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
