About This Job

- Identify and qualify prospective customers to support business growth initiatives.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the global sales team.
- Conduct market research, customer profiling and competitive analysis.
- Produce reporting and insights that support commercial decision making and business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM.
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting using Power BI and related tools.
- Support proposal development, customer presentations and sales initiatives.
- Analyse customer, shipment and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with sales, operations and product teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting and pipeline management.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, lead generation, business development support or related disciplines.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Power BI, Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience using sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Datamyne or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management and commercial reporting.
- Excellent research, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

- Experience building commercial dashboards and executive reporting.
- Exposure to sales performance analysis and growth strategy development.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
