About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Providing advice on Legal issues for BOD and business units.
- First drafting, consolidate and file the dossiers for corporate registration and investment activities of Branch.
- Drafting/first drafting/review contracts arising in the day-to-day operations of Company; Verify of contract before sending to sign (English and Vietnamese).
- Updating local Law and regulation timely.
- Organize the archiving, preservation and control the use of legal dossiers and documents under the management of Legal Manager and BOD.
- Other Legal tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
- University graduation with major in Law.
- English fluency, special in speaking and writing – Toeic 500 or equivalent or Ielts 5.
- Well understanding and researching in law and regulation.
- Well in interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 2-year of working experience.
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in Law Firm about Investment is preferred.
- Completed or attended the Lawyer Training Course are preferred.
