- Provide legal advice and support on general corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels of a business.
- Deliver flexible and proactive legal solutions.
- Manage assignments across a range of industries.
- Work on‑site with clients or remotely as required.
Yêu cầu
- Around 3+ years’ PQE gained in private practice or in‑house.
- Local experience and understanding of the legal and business landscape in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Malaysia.
- Strong background in general corporate and commercial work.
- Ability to hit the ground running and build strong relationships across all levels of a business.
- Hands‑on, flexible, and proactive approach to delivering legal solutions.
- Availability to commence at short notice is an advantage.
