About This Job

- Supporting the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Learning in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner
- Analyzing, designing, documenting, and testing learning administration processes
- Maintaining and continuously improving learning‑related processes, templates, communications, and workflows
- Coordinating and advertising learning offerings, including enrolments, invitations, communications, and post‑course activities
- Producing standard and tailored reports for different stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across People & Organizational Development and acting as a deputy for related processes when required
- Contributing to the continuous enhancement of the learning experience through process optimization and operational excellence
Yêu cầu
- Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Two to five years of experience in training administration, learning operations, HR operations, or a comparable role
- Strong process thinking and ability to translate requirements into practical and scalable workflows
- Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Commitment to high‑quality documentation and data accuracy
- Experience working in an international and distributed environment; experience with a European company is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work several overlapping hours with colleagues in Switzerland, typically covering the Swiss morning (until around 12:00-13:00 CET/CEST)
