- Manage the Reconciliations team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee workflow, support the team, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support control environment management, problem‑solving activities, process and change initiatives.
- Provide training where required and reduce risk while handling increased volumes.
- Lead the team through an Automation Operating Model, managing resources and capacity.
- Build close relationships with business partners and customers for timely issue resolution.
- Review auto‑match rates and KPIs, promoting improvements to minimise exception handling.
- Identify and support opportunities to transform and optimise operations performance.
- Coach, monitor, and supervise direct reports to ensure compliance with regulator and external legislation.
- Oversee training and development opportunities, organising on‑the‑job training and experiential learning.
- Monitor individual and team performance, engagement, and provide feedback and improvement plans.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in process execution, data processing and operational role; highly preferable in Banking or Financial Services.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a Leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience with Excel (must have), SAP and PowerBI (nice to have).
- Reporting skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Strong focus on customer experience and handling each interaction with the customer front of mind.
- Team‑centric mindset and supportive team culture.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills to influence team behaviours.
- Well organised with ability to prioritise tasks and meet fixed timelines.
- Experience in process and change execution.
- Ability to drive outcomes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
