About This Job

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Lập kế hoạch chi phí xây dựng - làm dự toán, chi phí báo giá.
  • Lập kế hoạch chi phí của từng giai đoạn của dự án để đảm bảo chi tiêu hợp lý, đảm bảo tính bền vững cho tổng thể dự án.
  • Tư vấn về các vấn đề liên quan đến chi phí cho dự án xây dựng khác nhau.
  • Tư vấn chọn nhà thầu và quy trình mua vật liệu.
  • Đàm phán và giải quyết các vấn đề trong quá trình nhập vật tư, thi công tại công trường.
  • Báo cáo chi phí tài chính của công trình xây dựng.
  • Hỗ trợ nghiệm thu khi quá trình thi công hoàn tất.
  • Làm hợp đồng mua hàng, hợp đồng giao khoán, đơn đặt hàng, thương lượng giá cả và các điều khoản dựa trên các hạng mục đã ký hợp đồng với Chủ đầu tư (Bảng dự toán vật tư, định mức NVL).
  • Kiểm duyệt hồ sơ thanh toán, quyết toán các nhà cung cấp.
  • Theo dõi các đơn đặt hàng nhà cung cấp, tiến độ thực hiện thầu phụ.

Yêu cầu

  • Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng
  • Yêu cầu 2 năm kinh nghiệm
  • Yêu cầu: Là Nam
  • Trình độ: Cao đẳng hoặc đại học Bằng cử nhân về kỹ thuật xây dựng/bằng kỹ sư xây dựng/ Kinh tế xây dựng
  • Có kiến thức về vật liệu xây dựng
  • Có kiến thức về vật liệu gỗ và các vật liệu liên quan.
  • Có kiến thức tốt về thị trường nhân công.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương: 10 - 18 triệu VNĐ
