About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s products and their applications.
- Present technical product solutions to clients, addressing their specific engineering requirements.
- Identify and engage potential customers in target industries, including electronics and automotive industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales growth.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales admin, customer… to ensure shipment procedure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in SMT, PCB industrial products.
- Language: Able to write, present and communicate well in English.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Candidates who possess a valid driver's license and own a personal car will be preferred.
- It will be added advantage if candidate can speak and understand some basic Chinese language.
