About This Job

- Support multiple hotel functions across departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining room by performing cleaning and basic kitchen preparation tasks.
- Prepare fresh, clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines and hand wash stations.
- Transport dishware throughout the hotel.
- Follow company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to support team goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees; lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
