About This Job

- Support kitchen and food & beverage functions by cleaning and preparing basic kitchen needs.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and hand wash stations.
- Transport dishware across the hotel.
- Follow company and safety policies, report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protect company assets, and keep proprietary information confidential.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification.
