- Analyze and optimize key areas of Tiki's business.
- Work with retail, marketplace, operations, and marketing teams to understand business questions and their causes.
- Provide data for finance and business teams for profit planning and forecasting.
- Design, monitor, and analyze promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer engagement, measuring revenue impact and margin.
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies balancing competitiveness, profitability, and growth.
- Identify trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities, recommending effective sales tactics.
- Build dashboards and reports that stakeholders use, presenting clear recommendations for decision-making.
- Create and maintain data pipelines in BigQuery feeding reports and analyses.
- Monitor data quality, investigate anomalies, and fix source problems.
- Design clean tables and data models for reusable analysis.
- Use AI tools to accelerate querying, analysis, and documentation.
- Document work: write definitions, logic, and findings for team reuse.
Yêu cầu
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions.
- Experience with BigQuery is a plus.
- Ability to use spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables in Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience using Python to clean, analyze, and present complex datasets.
- Analytical thinking: ability to break a business problem into parts, verify numbers, and explain results.
- Clear communication: ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- English proficiency: read technical documentation and write clear reports in English.
