Trách nhiệm chính

• Provide first-line IT support for computers, Windows, office applications, printers, peripherals, Wi-Fi/LAN and VPN connectivity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage support tickets, update users on resolution progress and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Manage installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Set up computers, software and user accounts for new employees, coordinate access changes and guide users on workplace IT tools.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including equipment allocation, specifications, condition, warranty and software licenses.
• Manage equipment handovers, transfers, inventory checks, repairs and warranty claims.
• Prepare and test IT equipment for management meetings, including computers, projectors, displays, cameras, microphones and speakers.
• Set up and support online/hybrid meetings, troubleshoot technical issues promptly and ensure the confidentiality of meeting information.
• Maintain routine IT maintenance, software updates and endpoint security checks in accordance with IT policies.
• Promote IT security awareness, document troubleshooting procedures, report recurring issues and recommend service improvements.

Yêu cầu

• College or above, major in: Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Networking or relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support, preferably supporting office users, senior management and meeting facilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows OS, computer hardware, printers and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and IT security practices.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues, support online/hybrid meetings and maintain IT tickets and asset records.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID, Intune, remote support tools or ITSM systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a service-oriented, proactive and accountable mindset.
• Able to prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, protect confidential information and provide after-hours support when required.
