About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot the Group’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, workstations and business applications.
- Provide technical support for internal applications, digital products, websites and fintech platforms.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls, access management and system security protocols.
- Participate in technology initiatives across Insignia Group and its subsidiaries, including VCFC and other digital platforms.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees and departments across the Group’s international offices.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant hands‑on IT experience, preferably within a technology company, fintech business or international corporate environment.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems and cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or similar enterprise technology environments.
- Working knowledge of software applications, APIs, databases and system integrations.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, access controls, data protection and IT security practices.
- Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, is required.

- Familiarity with software development processes, testing and deployment would be advantageous.
- Exposure to fintech, digital banking, payment systems or financial technology platforms would be an advantage.
- Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
