About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Support user account creation and permission changes (Active Directory, email, etc.).
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and documentation.
- Monitor and elevate network or system alerts to senior ICT staff as needed.
- Install and update approved software and security patches.
Yêu cầu
- At least one year of work experience in a similar position.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux/macOS).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, WIFI, DNS, DHCP, VPN, AD, Antivirus).
- Basic understanding of software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of MS365.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- AI‑first mindset in daily work.
