About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Monitor reservation status for each meal period and communicate it to the restaurant supervisor and staff during briefing meetings.
- Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell when they leave.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, inquire about and record guests' preferences or special requests/celebrations, and complete reservation-related tasks using the reservation system.
- Lead guests to their seats and arrange seating according to the operational status of the restaurant, restaurant policies, and any special requests, ensuring smooth operation.
- Provide restaurant information and suggestions when necessary.
- Record customer reservations, notify the supervisor and kitchen staff of special requests.
- Manage reservation deposits.
- Be familiar with restaurant promotions and special offers.
- Attend briefing meeting.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the General Manager/Management.
Yêu cầu
- Proven experience in a similar position within 5-star luxury hotels or high-end fine dining establishments.
- Good in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong plus.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a strong passion for the luxury hospitality industry.
