About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Follow established guidelines for nail care and services adhering strictly to Spa Standards, Protocols, Policies and Procedures.
- Provide detailed explanation of treatment techniques to guests, assess their requirements, and anticipate their needs.
- Identify and discuss treatments and products with guests.
- Practice universal health care protocols when dealing with guests and co-workers.
- Perform proper nail painting techniques including French manicure and nail art application (rhinestones, decals, etc.).
- Maintain working knowledge of tools and equipment such as paraffin heaters, cuticle nippers, pushers, emery, buffers, electric mitts, and sanitizing equipment.
- Maintain medical facility grade cleanliness in treatment areas and follow 'clean as you go' procedures.
- Stay current on all relevant certifications and contribute to the development and improvement of treatment procedures.
- Proactively offer and promote additional spa services, products, and retail components.
- Handle guest inquiries, maintain professional phone etiquette, and keep accurate records of guest history and preferences.
- Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and dress in full uniform at all times.
- Practice professionalism, integrity, and respect with guests, co-workers, and management.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow all safety protocols, and handle emergency situations with urgency and discretion.
Yêu cầu công việc
- High School graduate preferred.
- Possess Therapist’s Certificate as required by Vietnamese Law for Spa Business.
- Complete all legally required personal accreditation documentation.
- Demonstrate exceptional grooming and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and basic English for workplace communication.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be highly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Must pass health check according to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business.
- No medical conditions that inhibit performing treatments.
- No allergies or sensitivities to fragrances, essential oils, mineral oil, or other cosmetic products.
