About This Job

- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, share highlights of the local area.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
- Move around the space, stand, sit, walk for extended periods, navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
