About This Job

- Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or the designated bell area.
- Move around the hotel space, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating narrow, confined, or elevated areas, stairs, and service ramps.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance, while reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold confidentiality, protect company assets, and maintain professional appearance and communication.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Full‑time employment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate narrow or elevated spaces.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance, and to reach overhead and below the knees.
