About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead, mentor and develop the fullstack team; set KPIs and career development plans for each member.
- Define coding standards, testing practices and best practices, and drive them across the team.
- Turn requirements from Product Owners and BAs into clear tasks, estimate and plan sprints, and manage priorities, risks and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with QA, Mobile and POS teams and US-based stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce release readiness; hold releases if quality criteria are not met.
- Take part in hiring and onboarding, building a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Stay hands‑on: keep coding on critical features so decisions stay grounded in the real codebase.
- Own the technical direction and architecture across the product line, applying Clean Architecture, DDD or CQRS where appropriate.
- Own the quality of what the team ships; bugs found by customers or leadership are the primary KPI.
- Define and roll out how the team works with AI, including agent roles, harness, verification loops, and AI code review in the pull‑request flow.
Yêu cầu
- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, including 2+ years leading a team or acting as a tech lead.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, OOP, SOLID and Design Patterns.
- Database design and advanced SQL optimization on SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred), hands‑on experience in Angular and RxJS.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS).
- Experience with unit testing (xUnit/NUnit) and automated testing strategies.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and web security (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows).
- Experience with systems that handle money; strong root‑cause analysis skills.
- Working with AI — required, not optional.
- Proficient, hands‑on experience with AI coding agents in daily development work.
- Able to set up an AI agent team: define agent roles, skills, gates, etc.
- Proficient in prompt engineering.
- Experience setting up an AI code review, loop engineering, autonomous agent team.
- Strong architecture skills, people management, agile delivery, estimation, stakeholder communication.
- Ability to hold a release that does not meet quality criteria, even under schedule pressure.
- English: Upper‑Intermediate reading and writing; must be comfortable working with US‑based documentation and requirements; ability to communicate directly with the US team is required.
