About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Support and coordinate daily air freight operations with ground handling teams.
- Handle data entry, shipping documentation, and document filing.
- Submit manifests to airlines and issue HAWBs to shippers.
- Track flight schedules and update shipment status in the system.
- Verify billing accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- University graduation in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good oral & written communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
- Teamwork attitude & problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Diligent, detail oriented.
