- Develop and manage budgets for all F&B departments, ensuring positive cost management and financial objectives.
- Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage teams, including kitchen, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining brand service culture.
- Conduct human resource activities: performance reviews, coaching, training, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting procedures and food & beverage laws and regulations.
- Drive effective departmental communication and information systems through logs, meetings, and property meetings.
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.
