About This Job

- Participate in a two-year on-the-job program with job rotation across different sites and projects.
- Learn from ground up, firstly as an NI technician installing a new Schindler product line and later servicing the portfolio as an EI technician.
- Receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler's latest products and technology and acquire technical skills.
- Carry out safety inspections to identify unsafe work practices and/or conditions within responsible work areas/activities, report and follow up to ensure correction and prevention.
- Carry out Safety Walks on the frontline workers under their responsibility.
- Ensure all SH policies, control and procedures are communicated and followed strictly by sub-contractors and workers.
- Ensure all tools, equipment & machinery have been maintained and defective tools, equipment & machinery are secured against unintended use.
- Report all injuries, accidents and/or dangerous occurrences.
- Receive Business Fundamentals Training to understand the basics of our business and practical experience for lift installation.
- Participate in mentoring by senior leaders to gain valuable insights and guidance.
- Engage in strategic exposure through projects and presentations to interact with senior leaders and gain visibility.
- Build a network across departments and locations valuable for career success.
- Work in cross-functional teams to organize key company events and implement projects.
