About This Job

- Participate in project kick‑offs and brainstorming, develop visual concepts aligned with briefs and brand guidelines, and research relevant design trends and visual languages.
- Identify and resolve visual or production challenges with minimal escalation.
- Design clear, compelling PowerPoint decks for presales and client proposals under tight deadlines.
- Create high‑quality static graphics and social media creatives, brand identity guidelines, short‑form videos and simple motion graphics, e-commerce and product marketing assets, online and offline event collateral.
- Help build and evolve SAI Digital’s visual identity across internal and external touchpoints.
- Use AI‑powered tools such as generative image, AI‑assisted layout, and prompt‑based ideation tools to improve creative production and efficiency.
- Contribute to the visual development and productization of SAI Digital’s Agentic Commerce Services and reusable creative assets.
- Present design rationale clearly, collaborate with internal and regional teams, and continuously develop design, production, and collaboration skills.
- 70% Artistic & Technical / 30% Team Contribution & Support.
Yêu cầu
- 3–7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative, brand, technology, or digital agency environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong brand identity, marketing assets, and visual versatility across formats and industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brand identity, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Strong graphic design skills with hands‑on short‑form video and motion graphics experience.
- Experience creating social media and product marketing assets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Experience producing assets for both online and offline events.
