About This Job

- Lead requirement‑gathering sessions and discovery workshops with customers
- Analyze customer pain points and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions
- Support UAT planning, coordination, and issue resolution
- Act as a key point of contact for customers during implementation phases
- Write and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the Product Development Team to clarify requirements and prioritize enhancements
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations
- Identify areas of improvement in product usability and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback
- Act as advanced support agent to support Customer Support team to resolve escalated technical issues
- Help design and optimize internal business processes related to project delivery and support
- Contribute to improving delivery templates, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing
- Support internal initiatives for better cross‑functional collaboration
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in the evening or early morning based on the project
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication, data‑driven insights, and persuasive presentations
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Fluency in Japanese or German is a valuable asset
- Experience with user story creation is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level
- Preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
