About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead the development and execution of Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize media efficiency and campaign ROI.
- Manage and optimize CRM processes and customer engagement to enhance satisfaction and lead-to-sales conversion.
- Develop initiatives to improve dealers' online marketing capabilities and ensure brand standard consistency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with agencies on digital campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Act as a bridge between Creative and Media teams to optimize assets.
- Manage CRM platforms, lead management flows, and customer data compliance, including PDPD.
- Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, CRM, and ad platforms to drive PDCA cycles.
- Execute AIO and SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Coordinate dealer online marketing performance and implement corrective actions.
- Handle administrative and procurement processes including contracts and payment processing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or related roles in brand or agency environments.
- Hands-on experience in digital campaign management, media monitoring, performance analysis, and PDCA.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
- Strong skills in coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Performance Management.
- Experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and AIO campaigns.
