- Manage multiple Agile teams to deliver engineering standards, sprint backlogs, and plans, ensuring code quality and adherence to development and testing guardrails.
- Oversee milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies of the engineering teams.
- Educate teams and ensure production releases comply with NAB risk management frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing speed and quality.
- Evangelize the T‑shaped working model, coaching engineers to be versatile and take responsibility beyond their core disciplines.
- Lead line management activities including 1:1 meetings, personal development & training plans, career paths, probation reviews, and performance reviews.
- Coach teams in applying Scrum and DevOps practices, driving continuous improvement of processes.
- Lead initiatives for implementing efficient development and delivery processes, fostering a learning‑based culture.
Yêu cầu
- 10+ years of working experience in Software Development.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of Software Quality and DevOps environments.
- Excellent experience in SDLC methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore.
- Real‑world experience with large‑scale Agile adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Proven people leadership, team building, motivation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in managing code and change management processes.
- Experience with IT Service Management (e.g., Release Management) and using ServiceNow or similar.
- Strong ability to communicate at both strategic and operational levels internally and externally, making effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
- Fluent English skills.
