- Develop & Deliver Category / Brand objectives for Modern Trade.
- Develop category/brand strategy & objectives across Modern Trade sub-channels.
- Develop & Execute category/brand guidelines in terms of visibility, brand engagement/communication, and pricing, for large formats based on insights of channel and shoppers.
- Plan, Develop & ensure execution of the New Launch plan and build New products in 6 months with KPI, tracking, and action plans accordingly.
- Plan, Develop & ensure execution of Brand ITM deployment with effective costing.
- Plan, Monitor & control effectively Budget: D&A (Promotion & Marketing fund), A&M Push, POSM production, TOT etc.
- Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned and as per the customer wiring matrix to build good relationships with customers and to get insights from customers.
- Maximize Digital Marketing.
- Plan, develop & ensure Insight-based Joint business planning activities per top customers, per ITM alignment.
- Responsible for customized big events of top customers (in JBP) fitting with channel insight/customer strategy, shopper insight & brand strategies.
- Support for Top to Top engagement with top customers & WCCE JBP with top customers.
- Do forecasting in monthly, rolling 3 months yearly MT including new SKU.
- Do Category development per sub-channel, formats: Pack/mix/Pricing & Revenue management and or portfolio initiatives.
- Deliver CAT man with customers: assortment, opportunities to max portfolio, display, pricing, revenue management, pack mix, together with Cat Man project person.
- Develop Category growth driver and Category Development.
- Work/update regional/ Sector team to leverage best practices and/or to win regional/global customers re CMKT activities.
- Develop promotion strategy, initiatives, category development plans to improve the business performance.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities & drive execution.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new launch/portfolio/ideas/POSM innovations) & ensure execution.
- Other ad-hoc requests to support business.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
- Comply with SPVB standard, strategy & policy.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
- Strong knowledge of MT channel, Customer strategy & channel Operation understanding.
- Shopper Understanding per Sub Channel; Insight activator; Digital marketing understanding.
- Category Management & Development including Revenue management.
- Capability in analysis channel/ brand/ price/ pack trends in MT channel vs total industry.
- Strong communication/ interpersonal/ leadership skills to be able to communicate effectively with Senior Level Management of SPVB and Customers.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English & Computer skills (MS Office).
- Advanced English.
