About This Job

- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing ≤10 pounds without assistance.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended time and lift objects ≤10 lbs.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Adherence to company policies, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards.
