About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Review customs documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors, customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to gather necessary information and resolve inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely release payment to designated vendors and maintain proper documentation in compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Yêu cầu
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & computer
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail
