About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Maintain relationships and gather market information with external parties (Authorities, Agencies, Consulting firms, Banks, Contractors, etc.) and internal departments.
- Organize or participate in events with business associations, agents, government bodies, domestically or abroad.
- Conduct transactions and negotiate with customers according to approved sales policies and strategies.
- Support investors and guide consultants to obtain IRC/ERC smoothly.
- Update and report on the status of clients being negotiated.
- Handle bad debts with tenants to collect payments.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Trung cấp - Nghề
- Good Korean communication skills (minimum TOPIK Level 5)
- Good sales, presentation, communication, Microsoft Office
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Good English is an advantage.
- Opportunities for short-day business trips in other provinces and foreign countries.
- Open for fresh graduates of all majors; experienced candidates will be considered for higher positions.
