About This Job

- Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects as assigned.
- Conduct accounting SOP audits for all property areas.
- Ensure compliance with fraud and collection laws.
- Generate accurate and timely reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Analyze information to evaluate results and solve problems.
- Balance credit card ledgers and verify contracts for groups.
- Perform credit reference checks for direct billed groups when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed financial goals, including performance, budget, and team targets.
- Monitor applicable taxes, ensuring they are current, collected, and accrued.
- Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets.
- Complete period‑end functions each period.
- Provide direction and assistance to other units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and manage accounting teams, setting deadlines and delegating tasks.
- Conduct HR activities such as interviewing, selecting, training, appraising, and disciplining employees.
- Manage collections calls when necessary.
Yêu cầu
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
- No work experience required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, including general ledger, reconciliation, reporting, and audit.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
- Leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving methodology for decision making and follow‑up.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial control.
