About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Communicate directly with customers to receive and handle transportation and customs-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain the required information and prepare documentation for transportation and customs operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain timely updates in the relevant systems.
- Complete and maintain all required records, reports, and operational documents accurately and within the required timeline.
- Ensure work schedules are properly implemented, tasks are effectively assigned, and operations are completed within the required timeline.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company SOPs, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit invoices and supporting shipment documents to customers for payment processing.
- Strictly comply with company policies, safety standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Promote effective teamwork and maintain a professional, collaborative, and productive working environment.
Yêu cầu
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp
- Yêu cầu công việc: Have 1 year above experience at the same position and in Logistics company.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HKS4 above) – English: Intermediate level.
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office.
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Mức lương
- Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ/tháng
