- Drive operational excellence by tracking business performance and ensuring disciplined execution across strategic initiatives
- Integrate cross‑team efforts using data, structured governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver goals efficiently
- Lead business performance tracking, insights, and executive‑level presentations (QBRs, Board updates, CEO reviews)
- Establish and maintain PMO governance mechanisms, ensuring cadence, documentation, and follow‑through for executive meetings
- Manage strategic initiatives, monitor milestones, budgets, risks, and issue remediation, coordinating with initiative leads
- Support workforce planning and management
- Fulfil additional tasks assigned by People Leader or NAB Vietnam representative
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, Finance, or related fields
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, operations, or strategy roles
- Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, reporting, governance, and delivery follow‑through
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross‑functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and strong presentation development (PowerPoint, storytelling)
- High analytical ability with experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards
- Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with ambiguity and constant change
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong sense of ownership, resilience, and proactive problem‑solving
- Highly structured, disciplined, and reliable in execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence without authority
- Data‑driven, insightful, and comfortable making recommendations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational detail
- Professional presence and confidence when partnering with senior executives

- Consulting background is a strong advantage
- Experience working overseas (e.g., Australia) is preferred
- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise operations, tech, or banking is a plus
