- Develop and manage a portfolio of Vietnamese education-agent partners, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Execute business development and student recruitment initiatives through agent channels and direct recruitment activities.
- Represent the institution at education exhibitions, recruitment fairs, workshops, and school visits, delivering public presentations.
- Engage with prospective students and parents, supporting candidates throughout the admission and enrollment journey.
- Monitor Vietnam's international education market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and regulatory updates.
- Compile performance updates and market insight reports for regional leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed student recruitment and enrollment KPIs, collaborating closely with admission, academic, and operational teams.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-8 years of hands‑on experience in Vietnam international‑education business development, agent‑partner management, and student recruitment.
- Proven track‑record of meeting and over‑achieving recruitment enrollment KPIs.
- Hands‑on experience delivering agent training, webinars, public presentations, and representing organizations at local education fairs and industry events.
- Fluent business‑level English and native‑level Vietnamese proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Deep familiarity with Vietnam K‑12 / SPK‑school landscape, local parent and student expectations, study‑path preferences, and student‑visa requirements for international‑school programmes.

- Previous working experience at well‑known international education organisations or top local Vietnam education institutions.
- Hands‑on experience planning and executing local education‑marketing events and student‑engagement campaigns.
