- Drive Business & Revenue Growth by owning and delivering business development and revenue targets across Media products, including zVAS, Kiki and Báo mới.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities, clients and strategic partners to expand revenue streams.
- Develop commercial plans and business models; lead the full cycle from prospecting, pitching and negotiation to deal closing and partnership development.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners to maximize business growth.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Finance and Legal teams to evaluate and execute new business opportunities.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships & Cost Optimization by managing strategic partnerships across technology, infrastructure and product ecosystem, including key operating costs such as bandwidth and activation.
- Lead commercial negotiations to optimize costs, improve terms and maximize overall business value.
- Identify opportunities to improve partnership models and commercial efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop the Business Development team, setting clear goals and driving performance against business targets.
- Build a high-performance, result-oriented and commercially driven team culture.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales or Commercial roles
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to build, coach and drive a high-performing, target-driven team
- Strong business hunting mindset – proactive, persistent and comfortable opening new opportunities and negotiating with partners
- Strong commercial acumen with good understanding of business models, P&L and cost optimization
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business decisions
- Highly driven, result-oriented and resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure and ambiguity
- Fluent in English
