About This Job

- Assist in developing APAC brokerage operations service measurements aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
- Develop, discover, share, train, and deploy best practices across the region to ensure consistent high‑quality customer services.
- Develop weekly and monthly service performance reports to inform senior management of brokerage service levels and provide service improvement recommendations based on analysis data.
- Gather performance trend data to collaborate with brokerage operations in determining improvement areas and raising expectations where appropriate.
- Perform integrity audits to ensure UPS meets customer service and visibility objectives.
- Develop service memos, audit operation exception code usage, and provide guidelines.
- Monitor processes to adhere to operating plans and identify areas of service improvement for review with operations management.
- Obtain commitments from impacted management to resolve action items and conduct follow‑up as needed.
- Provide cluster support for Quality Improvement Process training to ensure training activities support department and business objectives.
- Provide operational support in investigating cases caused by system or logical issues, working with cross‑functional teams, coordinating and supporting corporate initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably with an Industrial Engineering and Brokerage background.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide service improvement recommendations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of urgency to customer expectations.
