About This Job

- Assists in developing APAC brokerage operations service measurements aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
- Develops, discovers, shares, trains, and deploys best practices across the region to ensure consistent high-quality customer services.
- Creates weekly and monthly service performance reports to inform senior management of brokerage service levels and recommends improvements based on data analysis.
- Collects performance trend data to collaborate with brokerage operations in identifying improvement areas and raising expectations.
- Conducts integrity audits to ensure UPS meets customer service and visibility objectives.
- Develops service memos, audits operation exception code usage, and provides guidelines.
- Monitors processes to adhere to operating plans and identifies service improvement opportunities for review with operations management.
- Obtains commitments from impacted management to resolve action items and follows up as needed.
- Provides cluster support for Quality Improvement Process training to ensure training activities support department and business objectives.
- Provides operational support in investigating cases caused by system or logical issues, works with cross-functional teams, coordinates and supports corporate initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably with an Industrial Engineering and Brokerage background.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide service improvement recommendations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of urgency to customer expectations.
- Energetic self-starter with excellent learning agility, attention to detail, positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines.
