About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Prepare the deployment master plan for all activities with the Brand Manager (BM).
- Plan content across all brand social channels and media.
- Prepare checklists and timelines for offline activations and engagement activities.
- Prepare the calendar for brand activities.
- Prepare brand briefs for internal Marketing teams, including Design, Creative, Digital, and PNS.
- Prepare content for all brand social media posts and marketing materials.
- Work with media partners, including magazines, KOLs/KOCs, and online communities across multiple platforms.
- Produce brand social media videos.
- Execute offline activities according to the approved checklist and timeline, working closely with other departments.
- Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for production and service requirements.
- Follow tasks delegated by the Brand Manager.
- Collaborate with brand stakeholders to execute offline activations and engagement activities.
- Prepare payment and service-related documents in coordination with the Operation team.
Yêu cầu
- Positive team player with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Agency, Team Building, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in a related field. Background in Hospitality, Retail, Fashion, or Trade is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to create and follow detailed checklists.
- Strong research skills with the ability to generate and propose new ideas.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
