About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Plan and prepare deployment master for all activities with BM.
- Plan content across all brand social channels & media.
- Prepare checklist & timeline for offline activation & engagement.
- Prepare calendar for brand activities.
- Prepare brand briefs to internal marketing teams including DP, creatives, digital & PNS.
- Prepare content including all brand social posts & media content.
- Work with media such as magazines, KOL/KOC, communities across platforms.
- Produce brand social videos.
- Deploy offline activities following checklist & timeline working with other departments.
- Work with procurement & suppliers for productions, services.
- Follow tasks delegated by BM.
- Work with brand stakeholders to deploy offline activities; activations.
- Prepare paperwork related to payments, services, with Ope team.
- Support Ope to produce WIP, BOD & quarter reports.
Yêu cầu
- Positive team player with ability to collaborate with multi-levels.
- At least 01 year of experience in Marketing, Events, Agency, team building or related fields.
- University, college graduates in related fields. Major or qualification in hospitality, retail, fashion, trade is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel and may work nights/weekends/holidays.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to form checklist & follow up with checklist.
- Ability to research new ideas & propose new idea.
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Vietnamese, English is a plus.
