About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Liaise with structural engineers to create BIM models and generate drawings using Revit.
- Manage Revit models, instruct junior colleagues on project standards and be accountable for deliverables.
- Work with international teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.
- Create BIM models for routine works independently and supervise others.
- Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced meets project and corporate requirements.
- Follow up with team members and project managers on workload and deadlines of deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards.
Yêu cầu
- Fluency in Structure Revit.
- 2~8 years of experience in complex projects (Highrise & Steel projects).
- College or University degree in civil/structure/infrastructure engineering.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience as a BIM Coordinator (understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks).
- Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside. Revit advantage.
- Experience in complex projects from top Asia countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.
