About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Deliver assigned BIM/CAD modeling tasks accurately and on schedule using BIM/CAD software.
- Apply company and client standards in all modeling work.
- Incorporate feedback and markups into 2D/3D models without omissions.
- Work with customers or team members to clarify the request’s requirements, technical issues, and provide progress updates.
- Follow established workflows, QA processes, and checklists for models and drawings.
- Participate in reviews and assist in resolving quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with supervisors and team members.
- Provide timely updates on progress and challenges.
- Record and share daily progress using ESP, Smartsheet, and direct communication channels.
- Proactively improve wood framing knowledge, applicable building standards, and proficiency in BIM/CAD software.
- Complete all mandatory trainings as scheduled by the company.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Civil Engineering or other relevant majors related to Construction, Architecture, and Drafting.
- English proficiency equivalent to Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Ability to comprehend and interpret construction documents, including architectural and engineering drawings.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Welcome fresher/entry/non-experienced level. But more than 1 year of experience, especially in wood truss design, is an asset.
- Knowledge of Revit / Vertex BD / AutoCAD or 3D software is a plus.
- Pursuing skills in basic problem solving or analysis of plan review.
- Integrity and sense of detail attention.
- High attention to detail with high level of cognitive skills.
