• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain backend services and business applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and related database objects.
• Support application and data integrations with internal and external systems.
• Investigate and resolve application, integration, and data‑processing issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and other activities that help maintain code quality.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts, and work with relevant teams to address issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Operations Support teams throughout the development and support lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution notes, deployment guides, incident records, and operational instructions.
• Follow the organization’s development, security, and compliance standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve application stability, development practices, and support processes.
• Participate in production support and on‑call rotation when required.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development and application support.
• Hands‑on programming experience with a backend language; experience with Python or C#/.NET would be an advantage.
• Experience in production application support, incident handling, and BAU operations.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, DML, and DDL.
• Experience working with APIs and system integration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of common security controls such as RBAC, auditing, encryption, or data masking.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, AML, Compliance, or Risk Management systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
